Tennis bracelet I bought 6 months ago broke at one of its link and the stone also fell out at the same link. I was just sitting down with no wrist movement. Contacted customer support and was told that warranty only lasts for 1 month and costs would be charged if I choose to repair it. Poor quality jewelry, do not recommend.

Was looking for dainty and understated necklaces, stumbled upon By Invite Only after shopping at Zara nearby. Love the wide variety of tasteful and dainty modern jewellery, I've recently seen Korean and American actresses wearing similar necklaces in drama shows. Most of the jewellery are silver or rose/gold plated with cubic zirconia with prices ranging from sgd30 to sgd 150, but there is a section that is 10k/14k gold and real diamonds with higher prices roughly sgd200 to sgd500. Accumulate sgd150 in spending to get 15% off, so I bought 2 pieces (silver pearl earrings n mother of pearl necklace) worth sgd150+, and with my 15% I bought real gold matching necklace and earrings, original price sgd390+sgd390, saved sgd117 with the 15%. I love the jewellery, feels very good quality and dainty and feminine. Store is clean and decorated so aesthetically. Service by JY each time I was there was amazing. She was patient and gave very good recommendations according to my style. Will definitely go back to get more jewellery soon.

I recently purchased my first pair of gldsmth earrings. The studs looked pretty, but the backing of the studs turned out to be too tiny and difficult to screw on. On just the second wear, I lost the backing of the stud as it fell off on its own.
For a pair of earrings that is on the pricier side, I was looking forward to wear it daily, but it turned out to be difficult to put on.
On top of that, it was difficult to reach their customer service for support. When I reached out via email, I was greeted by responses that felt impersonal and insincere. The lack of genuine customer service is what left me disappointed.

Apart from how comfortable I feel wearing the hypoallergenic earrings, I love the very personalised service both in-store and online. I have experienced great service from the attendants during all my visits at the ION outlet.
What got me motivated to leave a review was because I received tremendous help from their online CSO, Benedicta, to get a replacement for one side of my beautiful huggies which I unfortunately misplaced. I made the enquiry with low expectations but was surprised that I could actually purchase a side instead of a pair, and I was sent a video of what I would receive along with dedicated assistance in ensuring I can use my loyalty discounts. The pearls differ a little in colour as expected but you would not be able to tell once I put them on.

Emily (staff-on-shift at the ION branch ) was extremely patient, approachable & helpful. I had taken some time to look around the shop as I was purchasing gifts for a few friends - she did not rush me, allowed me to look around. She was very cheerful to assist when I was ready to purchase the items, was very careful to check through my orders again & readily answered all my questions.
