I really had a great experience here today; it was my first time coming to the Takashimaya outlet and I was assisted by Tan You Hong (Hong).
He was very willing to assist me with the different bags that I had wanted to try out; brought in different colours for me to try and carry. This also included bringing out a laptop such that I can try a bag with the laptop weight in it.
Beyond that, he also followed up with me after I had left the store with the model of bag that I mentioned I would like in passing. I didn't expect him to remember nor to follow up with it, and once again I am very grateful for his assistance and patience.

My mum and I visited the outlet in Takashimaya on Sunday evening, 23rd June and we were well taken care of by Colette and Benny. They were very patient as we tried on various shoes, ensuring that we found the ones that are comfortable (especially when my feet get blisters easily 🙃). Benny also suggested some tips on how to gradually expand my kitten heels so that they become more comfortable to wear.
Their service is undoubtedly top-notch and I’d recommend them especially those who have not bought anything from Bottega Veneta before. Colette and Benny would make your visit a comfortable and hassle-free experience. 🙏🏽

Dropped by the store around 5:15pm (6 June) and was served by a trainee who made the whole experience pretty uncomfortable. We mentioned clearly that we needed time to consider our options, but she kept pushing that there were new stocks and didn’t even show us the colors we asked for until the third time we brought it up.
Honestly, if we can’t even see the available colors, how are we supposed to know if the bag or the color suits us? We’re not here to be rushed. Give shoppers some space — not everyone wants to be talked at the whole time with scripted replies.
And to top it off, we were told to exit from the other door… even though neither door had signs saying entrance or exit. Does it really matter which one we use? Felt unnecessary and just unprofessional.
Hope the staff gets better guidance, because this really didn’t feel like a welcoming experience.
