Visited Bottega Veneta on a Saturday (15/10/22) late noon with my family. The service rendered was excellent and the lady who was manning the men wallet section was very polite and accommodating with my request of viewing several different men's wallets. Overall the experience was pleasant and the sales associates were friendly with my daughter walking around the store. Would definitely recommend this store.

I walk in to this outlet after discovered outlet at Ion Orchard had been relocated. I was intend to pick up a men wallet with coin compartment and a matching card holder but unfortunately according to the staff indicate that stock is no available throughout the entire Singapore and unable to advise the next arriving shipment. So I ask the staff is it possible to assist me to order the items from their official website (make a full payment) and collect from them once the stock arrives initially the staff refused to assist until I told them I had done before at their Ion Orchard outlet. The staff then pretend to check the website and inform me that stocks are also not available (which is not true) and ask for my contact number indicating will get back to me once the stock available. The moment left this outlet I check on their official website and discover what the staff told me is totally untrue. I am extremely disappointed and upset over such unprofessional service and behaviour which is totally unacceptable

Great place with great collection. Store-helper really helpful and polite. Assisting us and explain the details mostly with smile. They even served regular member/client with hot coffee if you asked.
