Was treated so badly by the staff for leather jacket exchange. Hope the management realise how badly their staff is or give them some basic training. After all she is from Singaporean.. what more one can expect.

Great service from Kai (and his part time staff) when I went down to the shop today to get a new suite. Good selection of men and women fashion. Very quick alteration service.

Went to the store today to get some Polo T's took me awhile to get some assistance. Asked an employee for assistance and he asked another person to assist. I have been avoiding this outlet because of the service. They will just ignore ur existence. 4 staff behind the counter and all ignoring you. It's absurd. I prefer the Mandarin Gallery and Hugo outlet at Ion. The staff there are so much friendlier and attentive.

Staff was super helpful and kind. She even offered me a drink while attending to me. As my visit coincide with my birthday month, I enjoyed a 150 discount on top of the promotion they were doing for selected item. 10/10 would visit Hugo Boss Takashimaya again.

Inconsistent service. Most staff will ignore you and only entertain western customers. The supervisor was the worst. Half attitude in the service line for one of the higher brand. Sometimes they forget they are staff working in the shop and tarnish name for the brand. Or forgetting that they are in the service line. Being polite, helpful and kind to customer is the simplest thing. Oh they are, preferential treatment.

Superb service, knowledgeable and passionate staff. Was shopping for a suit for work and was served by this fine gentleman Ahmad. I learnt so much about suits from him than from all my tailor shops. Though I didn’t make the purchase today, he remained very sincere and even advised me to try other brands for comparison. Best staff

Visited this outlet to get two suits for my father and I. The sales girl Lina Ismail served us brilliantly. She knew exactly what was right for us and did everything as we required.
