I dunno, I bought stuff. Typical Hugo Boss experience. Standard of attention and service was polite, efficient and adapted to our jovial, whirlwind, get in get out shopping style. Huge fan of Hugo Boss pants for when you want options other than jeans.

This store's services are so much more better than the other one at paragon. They were quick to greet you and help was offered more readily. We were happy customers yesterday. Will be back :)

Spent here at this store several thousands (quite a lot of money) but despite this when I asked the favor of calling the boss store at the airport and reserve a shirt for me they were not helpful at all and used so many excuses (“the airport store does not have a phone number”, or “the airport store cannot reserve items for you, not even the ones not on sale”). They managed to mess up my duty free declaration to the point that they contacted me and told me that I have to go back to their store to have it fixed. They did not even try to fix it first and see what the issue was. Just average customer service that a store and brand like Boss should not tolerate and should rather invest in hiring competent people and training them properly

I was at Boss Paragon to get a men's belt for a gift. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though, it was just a mere belt and not a very high ticket item. My sales rep served me with patience and gift wrapped it nicely for me. I had a good experience shopping with them.

Hugo knows how to treat you right. A large selection of men's fashion and alterations available at an additional cost. Service is always impeccable here.

I t’s shame for a luxury brand to offer a so poor level of service. Staff processing the payment was absolutely odious with us because he had only 1 way of payment and was not able to manage his stress with the customer flow.
