I came across Big Mama on Google as there wasn’t any dry cleaner around me (Punggol) and glad I had engaged their service as the whole experience was really good! I’ve engaged their service twice so far and it’s the only dry cleaner I’ve turned to since I’ve moved to Punggol. Really like the door-to-door service which is convenient and the prices are very competitive.
Will definitely be my go-to for any dry cleaning service in future!

I recommend this place for clothes alterations. I've used them to shorten the length of some dresses and jeans, and also reduce the cleavage in dresses. Every time they've delivered good results and on time. The price is similar to other competitors in the area.

Found Big Mama online when I was searching for curtain cleaning for cny. Decided to give it a try after reading some good reviews. Prices are competitive, response time is prompt and the communications through whatapp is very smooth. Pickup and dropoff is smooth without any hiccups. Whole experience is very pleasant. My curtains came back clean and ironed nicely.

Rude irresponsible seamstress at Taka outlet! STAY AWAY
I left a dress (Saloni) there on December 5 for taking in of the hemline together with another sample dress as a comparison of how short I wanted the length of the dress to be taken in. I was told the seamstress was on leave and hence the dress would only be ready the week of Dec 16 at the earliest. I went in today (Dec 17) to check whether the dress was ready for collection and it was not. It was pushed away in a corner and in front of me the dress was taken out all crumpled and then the seamstress had a look and after assessing that only a short length was to be taken it, told me the charge was $40.
I told her to do a good job since the dress was made of silk and her reply was that it depended on her mood, if it was before lunch when she is hungry, then perhaps she would not be able to guarantee her work i.e. there is a chance it may turn out not as good. In reply to my question why the charge was so high she said "like you said, your dress is silk." She then said you should have called before coming down to the outlet when I said this was a wasted trip as the dress was not ready after nearly 2 weeks.
She had a bad attitude and it is extremely rude of the seamstress to speak of her work being dependent on her mood to a customer who is being charged $40 for a simple taking in of the hemline. Is this an arbitrary number she plucked from the air depending on the seamstress MOOD? This is in a good area of Orchard Road and a service staff should be more discerning in her tone and words instead of spoiling the image of the store.
Will NOT be returning to BigMama Taka outlet anytime soon! I had previously on a number of occasions sent my clothes for dry cleaning here but not anymore.

Brought my vintage couture dress here for cleaning after I bought it with a stain on it. I needed it back for my ROM tomorrow and was having trouble finding someone to clean it in time. Went to two other highly recommended dry cleaners who said they would not be able to turn it around quickly or could not guarantee lifting the stain.
Not only did Big Mama turn it around in three days, they were pleasant to work with and reasonably priced. Very happy with my dress cleaning.
