I went there first time, I wont go back again, becauce I saw the SUPERVISOR always bully one of the employee, and I bet maybe that girl from malaysia, whats the hell, is call discrimination, im going to report him

People were kind and nice but the bakkwa were unfortunately far from good. I was able to taste the sourness in the bakkwa and my stomach was unwell after that

Disorganized and lack of communication between staff. I came to the shop when there was only one customer being served. The other two employees were busy and did not take my order for at least 5 minutes. When they finally had time to look at customers, they took orders from those who came after me. As a result, there wasn't enough of the item I wanted. When they finally informed me that they did not have enough to replenish stock, they even asked why my order wasn't taken when I was ahead of the customer who came later but had already left the shop. Have not bought from Bee Cheng Hiang for years. Guess I will not again in the near future too.
