Lady boss is rude, unprofessional and forgets about bookings. Accepted my booking but proceeds to close the store on that day. No replies when I confirmed/spam messaged her. No apologies after I went all the way down and wasted the whole day calling her. Audacity to even give me attitude/a scolding afters. Absolutely rude and unpleasant

Been going to Beauty Skin since 2017 - consistently great services and professionalism from therapists and lady boss. Always feel so welcome and pampered during my session. Love the facials here ❤️

I am genuinely very confused by these negative reviews. I have been going here for 2 years. I bought a package pre pandemic which they assured me did not have an expiration date and they have honored this! I have done fat freezing, diamond facial and bojin facial here. I’ve loved all of these! It’s definitely beneficial to speak mandarin, but not necessary. The owner is always friendly and helpful and very experienced. I think their bojin facial is a bit aggressive, but very effective, almost unbelievable how lifted the face looks after. I’ve recommended this place to multiple friends.

Fantastic find from Fave sg. Not too sure why there are negative reviews, maybe competitors' review? Anyway this beauty salon is the best, I trust them with all my beauty needs. This is the first beauty centre where I've had to actually ASK about their package (0 hard selling or pushing) and bought it without any sales talk from them, their treatment speaks for itself! Everything I've done with them from facials to fat freeze has had effective results. I've lost almost 5 inches off my hips with their Indiba and fat freeze alone. Their advice is very valuable and they will only recommend what's needed. Their prices are super reasonable as well and the customer service is excellent. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Owner and staff super friendly. Accompanied my friend for her facial and decided to wait in the shop while my friend is doing her facial. I sat at a chair that was not comfortable as other seats were taken. The owner saw this and offered me to sit at a comfy sofa that they used for their medicure. She even took out a blanket and offered to me even though knowing I am not their customer.

I have been visiting this place since 2017. Good place and quiet ambience. The owner is friendly and always honest about my skin condition. They wont push me to renew my contract. Vert good value for money!
