My wife and I had a delightful shopping experience at Bath & Body Works ION. From the moment we stepped in, we were warmly welcomed by Jovy, who took the time to understand our preferences and needs. She patiently guided us through the product selection and went above and beyond to help us get the best value — even breaking down the cost per 100g so we could make the most cost-effective choices between different product sizes. Jovy's helpfulness and product knowledge made our visit not just enjoyable, but genuinely informative. To top it all off, Darwin at the cashier was equally patient and friendly, walking us through how to use Atome for additional savings. The store had a cheerful and collaborative atmosphere, with team members supporting one another and clearly taking pride in their work. It’s always a pleasure to shop in a place where the staff are both knowledgeable and genuinely happy to help. Great experience all around and kudos to the management team and staff!

I visted Ion Orchard Bath and Body and I was assisted by Ms Pinky. I was looking for some gift and something for myself and she helped me find the perfect item for a gift and new product for myself. Pinky is so helpful and attentive. Glad to meet a staff like her. She is awesome!!! I can see she is serving everyone with a heart.

The staff is very friendly..they assist us which or what we want .. try all flavours and what's new scent . Thanks to ion staff ..
