The staff (Darwin) offers amazing service! He’s super friendly, helpful and patient throughout the entire shopping experience! He also has great recommendations as both me and my friend were spoiled for choice! Ended up getting quite a handful items from there than expected but super worth it! Amazing service from Darwin once again🌟🌟🌟

I did not manage to get the name of the sales assistant. It was my first time purchasing, so I was pretty overwhelmed myriad of choices. She asked me what I wanted and I told her that I needed quite a few as I was giving them as Christmas presents. She immediately directed me to the buy two get one free gift sets. I left as a happy customer.

I felt a bit overwhelmed by the choices, but thankfully, Ms. Abby, one of the staff members, stepped in to assist. Her help was invaluable—she was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to create a few customized combos for me, ensuring I got the best deals. I had a great experience with Jovy! she was so helpful in helping me choose the scents that I really wanted. She even recommended their latest fragrance range, which I absolutely love! I had a wonderful experience at Bath and Body Works ION Orchard thanks to Pinky and Kim! I had to buy a lot of items for personal reasons and I was intending to purchase hand creams with the Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion. When I was informed that the promo was no longer available, I was really disheartened and was prepared to leave. However, Pinky was very helpful and enthusiastic in giving suggestions for other promos that would be helpful!
When checking out the items, there were also a few obstacles to tackle, as I was purchasing a lot of items. Kim and Pinky were so so helpful and efficient in making sure we did not have to make too many transactions. And Kim went the extra mile to work around situations so that we would be able to redeem a free gift as well. All in all, I really appreciate the service, friendliness and efficiency displayed by both of them <3 Thank you so much! I will definitely come here again to buy more items :) Selamat, Ates! I hope they will be appreciated and rewarded for all of their efforts and wonderful hard work!
