I pop in usually when passing and have always been impressed with the quality of customer service. My most recent experience resulted in me walking away with a lovely rucksack style bag and it was all thanks to Joe. Over a couple of visits he was wonderful. Patient, willing to listen and extremely eager to help in any way possible. There was no pressure, just support, interest and encouragement. I can highly recommend this store and in particular, Joe. I want to express my sincere thanks to Alicia Lee from Bally, Takashimaya, for her exceptional help in selecting a backpack and belt for me. I was initially unsure about getting a men's belt, but Alicia took the time to help me adjust the length, and it fits perfectly. I wear it almost daily and really love it. The backpack is also fantastic, and I plan to bring it on my upcoming work trip to Switzerland. Alicia's assistance made my shopping experience so much better, and I truly appreciate her thoughtful service!

Bought Bally bag 3 years ago. However, the thread started loosing and the side torn apart. Bally replied this cannot be fixed. I’m disappointed to see quality issue with Bally after paying a premium price for it. I remembered having a pair of Bally shoes 6 years ago, and the sole started to split and had holes after 2 years. I’ll think thrice going for Bally brand in the future.

Brought my belt for 3 inch cut during lunchtime on 15th May. Was told they couldn’t do it as they were busy. Granted, I came back one hour later still they said they couldn’t attend to it.
I agreed to leave the belt behind.
Today, 17th May, I called them at noon to inform them I would collect that evening. I was super disappointed when they told me it wouldn’t be ready still! It just gave me the impression the staff were busy from opening till closing, attending to endless walked in customers that they couldn’t spare 10-15 mins to cut the belt for straight 56 hours!
I have had my belts cut during lunchtime at Dunhill, MCM, Gucci, Bally (MBS) and all of them did it on the spot, and done within 10-15 mins.
Wouldn’t be buying anymore Bally products for sure!

Recently I bought code sling bag at Bally Takashimaya.
I was approach by the staff Jackie Ho, he greeted to me with a smile face explain to me they was a sale going on 40%.
He even told how to take care the leather by use lotion to clean the bag.
He has given me an excellent service a very professional detail service.
