Great services from Mel! I’m lucky to get her assisted for the socks I want. She is very helpful and friendly. I bought the socks as gift, she helped me wrap very nicely! I had a lovely time and good conversation in the store with Mel. Thanks again for your time and assist Mel!

Went down last weekend wanting to get myself a belt and a bag. Luke attended to me and he was fantastic! Good and sincere recommendations helped in my decision to purchase. Got the belt only in the end, but Luke continued to be professional and friendly despite being put through alot of hassle by myself. Will definitely look for him again in the future :)

The shoes I bought in Malaysia peeled off after wearing once; and I approached the store at Takashimaya Singapore for help. Their staff, Danish and Dustin have been very helpful in the repair of the shoes and went the extra miles in getting my shoes fixed. Many thanks to Danish and Dustin.
