The whole shop is closed only for 5 customers, with a long queue building up outside. Not sure if this is what Balenciaga brand is worth or if the sales staffs are not well trained. Definitely thumbs down for the service. Would never return to this outlet or even other outlets

Alex has a wannabe/ try hard aussie accent who is condescending and extremely unhelpful towards his customers. If you’re so disillusioned about being in retail service line, then just quit. It’s not worth keeping someone like this in luxury if he’s only kept because he has been abroad or “studied overseas”, get a grip. I’m never stepping one foot in this shop again, as much as I love this brand, the service just ain’t cutting it.
