Bought a bag a few years ago. Found out paint was falling apart. Went to store, store sent pics to headquarters, HQ said ok to fix after 4-6 months of waiting for their response. Few days later, rejected my service request for unknown reason. These are all pretty fine till I noticed that they had not properly stored my bag when they kept it and the problematic areas grew bigger. No apology nothing. Made a big fuss but still nothing. Lousy “luxury” brand with equally lousy service. Overall won’t buy anymore. I bought a total of 2 bags and a wallet from them.

Came in the other day just as the store was about to close (I didn't know until after) and approached one of the sales advisors if he could how me an item I had seen online. He was wearing spectacles and looks like he's in his late 30s, seemed extremely annoyed that he had to serve me - mind you, if you didn't want to do so just say that item is unavailable so I could leave instead of giving subpar service with a sourpuss look on your face which made me not want to purchase anything. Do better uncle.
