Clean, calm boutique gym with great friendly counter staff and instructor. Good pricing too. I enjoy working out here during my lunch time. Anyone who works in centrepoint or around the proximity should consider this gym :)

Very clean and new studio! Went here for the yoga class, but facilities are good. Love that it’s at Centrepoint which has a sheltered path from mrt. Quiet corner at Top floor of Centrepoint. Allows you to refill water as well.

Clean and new New facilities , I love yoga lessons with Mukul- such a dedicate teacher, he make sure his class is suitable for different level. I also like aerial yoga class with Yoon. Everyone are so friendly and helpful. Very convenient when you can have a good stretch yoga session after gym.

Been with the studio for awhile, but standards have dropped tremendously. Class variety & quantity shrank drastically — weekends cut from 8 to just 3. HIIT and K-pop removed, yoga now repetitive. Instructors and class types change monthly. Owner often makes vague promises with little follow-through. Disappointing and unstable overall.

I had personal training sessions with Edwin and I enjoy every session. Edwin will go beyond my limit and give me the confidence with his motivation and assistance. I see improvement in my physique and strength within 3 months. I love the gym as it is new and well maintained, unlike other gyms which may be over subscribed. Yoga and other group classes are also available.

We’ve tried their trial class for yoga. it’s been a great experience. Their instructor really guide us from each step, no pressure and really encourage us to do more. With regards to their facility, it’s very modern, and it’s bery rare for a gym to be an instagram worthy place, you’ll feel relax and feel like you’re going to workout without being tired and stress. Most reccommended place to become active and fit. You can also reach out to Edwin Teo, he’s one of the founder and he’s very nice, he can help you with everything you need for schedules or entry pass. They even gave us 1 day Gym entry pass. 😎😎😇😇 Thankful with our experience.

Ambience Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️/5, studio is newly renovated with chic and clean interior and lots of social spaces to hang out with friends before class. Amenities: water purifier dispenser, full professional-grade gym access, lockers and showers (with hair dryers) Here are my top 3 favourite classes: 1. Lower Body Therapy (Basic) 💪Targets lower back, hips and knees that deteriorate with prolonged sitting. Lots of hamstring stretches for this class, which is great for preventing back and knee pains! 2. Yoga Wheel (Intermediate) 💪Targets spinal flexibility, balance and core strength. Lots of backbends and chest openers for this class 3. Dumbbell Yoga (Intermediate) 💪Targets Upper Body strength with the goal of losing arm fat and building lean muscles with repetitive movements with light weights Instructors are super friendly (recommend going for Frannie, Mukul and Diana classes) and give very clear instructions that even beginners can follow. They take the time to help each student adjust posture during class. 10/10 would recommend

Lovely gym! I had a great experience at this gym. It's on the smaller side, but the space is well-maintained, clean, and well-equipped for a solid workout. The atmosphere is friendly, and most people there are personal trainers working with their clients, which gives the gym a focused and professional vibe. The staff is welcoming and helpful, making it a great spot whether you're training solo or with a coach. Highly recommend if you're looking for a clean and comfortable place to work out!

I started yoga classes and a gym package here for a while. I love the classes here so far and the instructors help to adjust my posture and explain very well. Teacher Diana is really warm and energetic! Teacher Mukul really pushes you and always very patient in helping me push my limits. Teacher Alyssa explains really well and I love the way she teaches. Teacher Janice’s hot yoga class is damn intense for me but really great for the back and cardio. The place is clean and nice and the gym equipment is new. Updated my review for the following reasons 1. Weekend classes used to be offered for Sat and Sun, now it’s just Sat. It makes it harder for people who can only come for classes on weekends. 2. Noise from gym during yoga classes. The sound proofing really sucks and the music from the gym can always be heard during yoga classes, making it hard to feel relaxed or zen. 3. All the good teachers I mentioned above have left. No doubt some of the other remaining teachers could be good as well but oh wells 🥺

Did Personal Training with Rachel for nearly a year. She made the journey fun and made inculcating a new habit enjoyable. Rachel pushed and ecouraged me and helped improve from minimal weights when I started training to a much more improved level. I looked forward to training sessions every week. Highly recommended.
