I have been going to Avante Yoga for a while and really enjoy my yoga sessions here. Teacher Diana is very patient and encouraging. She often corrects our posture and ensure that we are not in pain when doing certain poses. Teacher Mukul was also really great with the yoga therapy sessions as he helps ensure we are stretched properly and not over exert ourselves.
The space is also very spacious and huge. Everything is new since it’s a new location and newly renovated! Moreover, it’s situated in center point just across Somerset MRT so it’s definitely more convenient to come for lessons.

Bought a yoga package here and this month it has been great! Instructor Zenn Lim helps to correct our posture and challenges us with proper alignment which hurts! even for simple poses like warrior 2.
However not all instructors are consistent and some of them are not too different from youtube. Really a hit or miss with the instructors and lessons getting updated every month.

New yoga studio in the town! The studio is very cozy, it comes with a gym too! Most instructors here are very competent and nice, the mats are also very new and all members will clean after their mat after the practice with the prepared sanitisers to take care of the hygiene. They also prepare free towels and lock for the members. The gym is quite new as well, they even have dumbbells for female! unlike most gyms which only provide the standard dumbbells that’s designed for guys. Overall, the package is very value for money and I’m giving this review without them paying or giving me any benefits ok 😂.

New Yoga and Gym Studio in town. The founder Edwin and Diana is so welcoming and sincere making sure that I am well taken care of. The atmosphere and decoration is really nice and they provide an extensive offerings like towel, pretty vanity area and Instagramable area. Drop in for their class if you are in town.

Mr. Edwin is very friendly and helpful. The place and the ambience is sooo amazing and relaxing. All the staffs and instructors are very approachable. We've tried the yoga therapy with my friends and it was very good! No hard selling too! So it was a plus. You can also take a shower after sesh and chill at the lobby too! Highly recommended! ✨
