Decided to write a review today because I’ve been a loyal customer here for the longest time and they never disappoint! Searched high and low for the best nail salon in Singapore since I was in University and ever since I found Autumn Nail, I’ve never looked back. Professional service at affordable prices, and their nails last the longest. It’s been so consistent since when I first visited them before covid. Shoutout to Eileen who did my nails today - had a really good chat with her and she was so good at what she does. She’s been here for 9 years and it is reflected in her professionalism and service. :) Thank you for the nicest set of nude!

Have frequent this shop for mani and pedi during my poly days till now - 14-15 years. Recently have been doing pedi with them and keep signing packages for years. In the past, the lady boss - Sandy was really nice and focus very much on customers. Can walk in without appointments on weekends and they got more staff in the past. Now ever since change of management, cannot walk in on weekends or weekdays. Have to make appointments in advance - at least 1 week or more, hard sell packages even though my package is barely 50% used. And GST in the past was inclusive, now still have to add GST on top of package price.
Package also cannot utilize 10 days before CNY, and they only open slots for appointments on 15th of each month. Message them on 16th morning, all slots taken up already. Do they expect their customers to take leave from work to do pedi? Implement such policy without notifying customers who sign packages in advance. WhatsApp messages take forever to reply, blue tick and no response, have to chase for an answer and most importantly not apologetic for the delayed response. Just keep giving excuses that only 1 person managing 3 phones. If this is how the attitude of the staff is to a loyal customer, enough is enough, just request for refund of packages. Then have to wait for the manager to get back to me. The staff mention to wait till the manager is free to reply to me? WOW, thanks then!

Been going to Autumn nail for almost a decade. Love their services here. Nails are always neatly and nicely done, and they always accommodate to your requests. Eileen has been my manicurist for these years and she is nothing but a delight. She’s delicate and gentle with my nails, and does an amazing job.
Seriously couldn’t find another nail parlour that satisfies this much of my needs.

I unfortunately did not get the name of my manicurist, but service was top notch. This is the second time I’m visiting Autumn Nails for a classic gel manicure and service is always good + my manicure lasts for up to 3 weeks (probably could have lasted longer if I had not fidgeted with it). Called to get a price & appointment for classic pedi. Got in quickly which was awesome. The pedi itself was average. They didn’t do a thorough foot scrub and didn’t attend to the cuticles very well. Went to pay and the price was higher than quoted on the phone. I queried it but they couldn’t explain it. The lady next to me paid less for a mani, pedi. Different rates for tourists & locals!
