Dr Tan and his team were highly professional and served with a heart. They accepted me as the last patient of the day past the operating hours; they worked over time as they prioritised patient’s care. I’m very grateful as Dr Tan was very gentle and shared with me a lot of new knowledge about health and diet to improve my ear condition. Now I can hear properly and will have not to say HUH / I beg your pardon to people around me as Dr Tan has helped to unblock my ears. Highly recommended to all.

Dr Tan found and solved my nose problem by a very detailed and successful surgery. I feel I have a new nose. Before, tiny amount of fluid in my nose blocked it, now my nose is super clear. And Dr Tan and his team even took the video of the entire surgery and gave the thumb drive to me . And Dr Tan are very patient and professional with the follow-ups of the surgery. If anyone felt uncomfortable with his or her nose, I suggest an overall check up by Dr Tan at Apple Ear Nose Throat Sinus and Snoring Centre. Everyone deserves a super clear nose and free breath 😁.

Dr. Tan was simply fantastic when I visited him recently for vocal cords issue because of LPR.
He immediately impressed me with his meticulous approach. He took the time to thoroughly examine me and ask detailed questions, ensuring he had a complete picture of my situation. Unlike some doctors who rush through appointments, Dr. Tan was incredibly patient, explaining everything to me in a clear and concise way. He addressed all my concerns and ensured I was fully informed before moving forward.
He even used visuals to help me understand complex medical concepts, which I really appreciated.
Dr. Tan is also a very kind and compassionate doctor. He truly listened to my concerns and treated me with respect and understanding. He put me at ease and made me feel like I was a valued patient, not just another number.
I truly cannot recommend Dr. Tan enough. If you're looking for an ENT doctor who is meticulous, patient, and compassionate, Dr. Tan is the one!

I was referred to Dr Tan to treat severe sinusitis in March 2019 . After several non-invasive treatments failed to improve my condition, I had Dr Tan to perform a 4-hour long surgery to clear all mucus in my sinus. When my family and I watched the videos of the surgery, we could really tell Dr Tan was skillful and very meticulous in the whole procedure.
As the earlier infection had spread deep into my sinus area, I experienced infections many times after the surgery. Each time when I visited Dr Tan, he always tries his best to clean up the mucus inside my sinus so that I could feel better when I leave the clinic. He makes me feel that I am not "fighting" this sinus enemy alone.
During the Circuit Breaker, CB period in 2020 when seeing doctor was quite a hassle, I had few episodes of infections and needed to clean my sinus areas more frequently, I was grateful that the clinic was able to take me in. Without Dr Tan's support, I cannot imagine how I could overcome the sufferings from phlegm, mucus irritations to my throat which led to sleep problems.
I must also credit the helpful, professional and friendly staffs working under Dr Tan. I will give their service levels thumbs-up based on my many encounters with the ladies.
To me, Dr Tan always put his patients well-being first. I would like to thank Dr Tan & the clinic for all their attention on my case.

I was referred to Dr Tan by my GP for my headache. He has been very detailed in this diagnosis of my problems and under his professional care, my headache has since improved. His commitment to patients include having to be be at his clinic during Sunday to administer treatment.
Recently I had been in an out of hospital and after consulting Dr Tan, was diagnosed to be having problems with my nose, tonsils and thyroid. After various scans and diagnosis, an operation is unavoidable. Dr Tan discussed the details with me and I agreed to proceed with the operation which lasted almost 5.5 hours. Looking back, although the road to recovery was absolutely painful, and the post consultation and treatment is numerous, the decision was not wrong. Six weeks after the operation, I sleep, breathe, eat and function better and there has been marked improvement to the value of my life which without his professional care, I would not have known what is happening to my system.
The clinic staff is also commendable as they helped process necessary E-filing for patients to make insurance claims, something not commonly seen in other clinics. They are all very experienced being with Dr Tan for many years. The clinic sees patients through lunch as they vary their lunch hour and Dr Tan himself have short lunch breaks.
I sincerely hope Dr Tan will remain in service to help the sick and improve the value of life to those who needs it. That is his mission that God has bestowed on him.
