Apple Ear Nose Throat Sinus and Snoring Centre

I would like to share my experience and compliments to Dr Tan Nam Guan, from Apple ENT clinic. Background of the accident: During my overseas trip to Italy, an unfortunate event took place and I had a deep cut on my left forehead (just above the eye brow) and the length of the cut was ~3cm - it was a deep open wound. Went to Italy A&E department for stitching, however the stitch wasn’t done properly and nicely (suturing was not properly appositioned), which resulted in ugly scar and extra flap of skin. Upon my return to Singapore, visited a local GP for stitch removal and the GP tried to use surgical glue to better improve the scar - however wasn’t successful. I decided to visit Dr Tan from Apple ENT clinic to seek his medical expertise and I am really glad that I did so. Dr Tan patiently explained the status of my wound, what was not done right by the Italian doctor and what needs to be done to improve the healing process, and most importantly he assured me that he’s confident to fix my injury in a much nicer manner. I underwent a day surgery with Dr Tan the very next morning at APTUS day surgery center and the whole process was very smooth and mostly painless (even though the local anesthesia (LA) injection was a little painful, however it was bearable and comparing to the other LA injections I had experience with, this is considered a lot better). Post surgery and when the LA effect worn off, recovery process was good and painless. I could see the injury come together nicely and it looks significantly better compared to the raw wound and how it was before my visit to Dr Tan. I would like to share my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Dr Tan Nam Guan for his professional medical expertise and education. The entire process was comforting, reassuring and it was also a good education journey for me. Apple ENT staffs are also welcoming and caring. They took care of my injury with caring hands and was meticulous on handling my case. Definitely 5/5 stars from me (will give even higher if Google rating allows) and I would highly recommend Dr Tan Nam Guan and his staff from Apple ENT if anyone requires any Ear Nose Throat treatments or advices. Superb service and I am really glad that we have Apple ENT clinic to uphold our Singapore medical profession standards and reputation!

Before i have sinus and deviated septum problem, always having problem breathing when i wake up and before sleep. After doing surgery with Dr. Tan it help me so much he even clears out another problem such as cyst and infection inside of my nose. Overall it was good, i can breathe normally and there is very less pain after the surgery. I would really recommend people who has the same problem as i do to come to Dr. Tan if you need to seek help for ENT problem.

Doctor Tan is a very experienced ENT specialist. At my first appointment, he was able to diagnose my issues - a deviated septum. His explanation was clear. I had gone to numerous doctors and none was able to give me a proper advice and I was given nasal spray. Surgery was recommended by Dr Tan. Throughout my visits, my surgery and post surgery reviews, Dr Tan was very caring and sincere. He prayed with me for my surgery. Felt that God had given me this surgeon and of course my surgery was successful. I sleep better now and my migraines are reduced. The staff at the clinic are also very pleasant and caring.
