Alicia was so patient and professional. She offered to let me try multiple sizes with different inserts/insoles because I was in between sizes and couldn’t find a comfortable fit. She even touched the shoes I tried on to check and advise the fit based on her professional experience. Her honest feedback and advice helped me in picking the right size, really appreciate her delivering such awesome service - thank you! :)

Alicia from Ngee Ann City outlet was very helpful and patient. Her service was simply outstanding and she gave honest and professional feedback to make sure i get a properly fitted pair of shoes. The shoes and size she recommended fitted me well and it was very comfortable! Thumbs up to Alicia!

I have heard about this brand for years and decided to give it a try after more physical stores are opened. I first went to Bugis and your staffs gave such impeccable service that I told my sister to give it a try too. She went to NAC outlet and was also very impressed by Alicia's knowledge and service that we both confirmed on buying our first Anothersole shoes. To enjoy the bundle deal, the both of us went to NAC and was served by Alicia again. We were pleasantly surprised that she remembered my sister just by her coming in to try for one time. She never once hard sell and answered all our questions with such professionalism and patience that I am totally sold by her service, and of course we made our purchase that day. It has been a long time since I received such personalised service and I hope your team continues with the great work. I will definitely see myself buying more pairs not only for the comfort but also for the service.

Yesterday my friend n I visited the store in the morning. My hats off to Kylie who provided us with good service. She was very patient as we tried about 10 or more pairs. She also helped us in our colour selection. Keep up the good job Kylie.
