I purchased more than one pair of shoes a while back, so I kept 1 pair brand new and havent worn it yet. To my horror when I took it out of the box to check on it I found that the leather had many HOLES in them! I wrote to the customer service about this but their reply is that it was purchased too long ago and they are unable to do anything about it. I am aware that it has been kept for a while but it was in the original box with tags still on so I was personally really shocked to find holes in the leather for this brand new pair of shoes and think it shows that the quality is poor. I am also disappointed by their customer service. Please proceed with caution if you decide to buy a pair.

I’d like to commend on super staff Doreen at Takashimaya outlet. Initially, I already had in mind to get the thick ribbon white sneakers cos it is so cute. Went to the store and discovered it is sold out and not going to be restocked, so sad. But what caught my eye was also a shoe that has shoelace tied in a very cute and unique way. So it turns out that super staff Doreen tied it that way cos she discovered the unique way to tie the shoelace. I asked Doreen if she can help me tie the shoelace in that cute way for the white thin shoelace sneakers, if it looks good, I will buy it. And she so patiently helped me tie the shoelace and still retied it when the first one wasn’t tied properly. I superrr love my white sneakers with that cute unique ribbon style shoelace. Also a black bag caught my eye. And Doreen checked for me it was the last display set left, so she helped me checked if there are stocks in other stores which there is, and so I bought. When I left, she even gave me a call to let me know just in time that the stock for the black bag just arrived in store and so if I am still around the area, I can go back to collect it. That saved me a trip from going to Vivocity to collect on another day. It just makes me feel like this staff really go the distance for the customer, being so helpful, and thanks to her, I managed to get a pair of lovely shoes and bag! Thumbs up for Doreen, what a gem staff.

I bought two pairs of identical size shoes but different colours. I only try one of the pair in store to test for fit. To my horror, when I went home, they both are of different cutting entirely. One of them is wider than the other.
I reached out to the customer rep hoping to get this resolved. Below is their answer.
‘You can try using newspaper to stuff to expand a little. The leather of black one is actually softer than the white one.’
I let you decide if this answer is acceptable.

Fantastic service given by the staff at this outlet. My second visit to this outlet! The staff who served me when I went there in December last year was great. Just yesterday, I went to this outlet again and was given excellent service. An oversight on my part that on both occasions, I didn't ask for the staff's name so wasn't sure if it is the same staff who served me on both days. If they are the same staff, the staff deserves to be valued. She has such consistent good service. Very patient, knowledgeable about the products and friendly. If they are not the same staff, then this outlet has the best team of staff! I have visited other outlets and won't be able to give the same compliments. Overall, an extremely wonderful experience at this outlet. 👍💯

Ordered 2 pairs online from Australia as a gift to wife. Ordered wrong size by mistake but anothersole was very easy to communicate about my mistake and they exchanged the shoes without hassle and moreover free of cost even for any delivery charges. Still need time to review their shoes but this 5 star is for their amazing customer service. Keep it up anothersole team and hopefully you have more of the international market.

My sister and I went to the outlet on 11/11 evening and was served by a really friendly pair of staff named Penny and Alicia. Even though it was a really busy evening due to the promotion ongoing, the two of them were extremely patient and helpful in assisting the different customers in the shop. They spent the extra time to explain their personal experiences with the shoes that really assured my sister and I to buy the shoes that very night, even though we were initially planning to just window shop that evening.

Bought three pairs of anothersole FULL PRICE , anew marshmallow , store recommends size 38. I ask customer service to contact me so that I can get credit note but nobody able to help me. After many days trying , i give up . The cross front is so scratchy and has injured my feet after less than half hour of wearing the shoes. I had a terrible experience with this so call anothersole :(
