Waited for more than 40mins from my scheduled appointment time after having to rush from work. Would appreciate some notification if a delay is already expected? And if this is a perennial issue, to change the standard operating procedure of how much time is allocated to each appointment. Basic respect for allocated time slot have to work both ways Reception assistant is of no help. Thankfully Doctor Chew consultation was overall great.

I got consulted by Dr Chew Chee Ping and impressed by his personal attention, patience enough to listen and understand the problem, generous to explain to patients and extra care. His staff also ensures to have good communication, helpful to address the queries, dedicated to offer good service. Overall, i had good experience and 100% satisfied with the care, treatment and post-surgery follow-ups.

Dr Chew is very patient, takes the time to listen and explain the situation. Great bedside manners and someone I would consult anytime. The clinic staff is polite and helpful too. Overall the visits themselves provide hope even before any medical intervention.

While Dr Chew is a pleasant doctor, I cannot say the same for the clinic assistant. The service by the assistant here is below par for a specialist clinic located at a medical clinic. My first visit last year was already unpleasant and I find the staff rude. I thought perhaps it was a one-off experience and hence, This year, I gave them a second chance and book an appointment with them again for another issue. This time, I turn up at the clinic just to know that they missed my appointment all together. Best part, I called 2 days prior to confirm the appointment. In addition, while I understand they are not insurance agents, they misinformed me on the process for my insurance claim which is something that the clinic should be aware. I'm never returning to this clinic after 2 unpleasant experience.

Had a very wonderful experience with them, from consultation all the way to post-surgery. It was very reassuring to have Dr Chew throughout the entire process, and it's nice to be always greeted with a smile by the helpful and kind staff.
