i was helped today by Lorraine (hope i got her name spelt correctly!) - i came in with the intention to get 1 hand cream and thats it but her service, her demeanour and her cheerful sincere attitude made me buy 5 items that i dont need! Tip top service that you hardly get these days in Singapore and i really enjoyed my time there.
Amidst the chaos yesterday at the store filled with invited influencers , she was calm and collected and that compensated my shopping experience.

Love it’s products. Have a try with the samples outside. Or go in and ask what products suits you best. Their staff are very knowledgeable and can tailor a programme for your skin type. Even has products for you going overseas. Or your pet too.
