Bad after sales service! For an item worth about $800, they delivered to the wrong person and did not follow up with redelivery or refund despite email correspondences.

I bought a few bear bricks from them, after more than a year of wait for my preorder, they informed me that the Bearbrick is no longer available and refunded me the fee. Those bearbricks which were refunded were those with value increased overtime. the latest example is jordan 400%. I bought 3 at $769, now the value is more than $1000 per piece. They simply told me they will refund me the money and give a normal Bearbrick for free.
I also bought the gold daruma at $200+, after one year, they simply refunded me the money when the value had gone up to more than $600+.
I’m truly disappointed with the way they handled he above refund. Think twice.

Location inside Takashimaya Shopping centre.
This store sells collectibles and figurines. The target audience should be adults… and must be working adults to be able to afford the price for the collectibles.
One of the collectibles I am interested is Bearbrick. And this store has a wide range of Bearbricks from 100% to 1000%.
Even rare collectible Bearbricks can be seen displayed in the store.
For the store here, there is another booth outside of the store selling other variety of collectible toys.
The prices for the collectibles are on the high side. So unless you are getting at discounted price (which is very unlikely), else you must have thick wallet to do so.
The staffs are always friendly and allow window shopping by the guests.
So anyone can simply pop by to take a look at the various selections of collectibles toys.
Strongly recommended.

They're extremely conveniently located, at the basement of Ngee Ann City. It's a big enough space for selling collectible toys. They do have quite a wide selection of collectibles, including Bear Brick. It's not the cheapest, but they're authentic, and they do carry quite a wide range at that. Great for window shopping, but not a place that I'd get anything from in the end.

Very nice selection of Popmart figurines.
Had a nice time looking through all of them and they are very well stocked. Many of the collections were just opened.
It’s an extension of the Action City Shop just opposite 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Friendly staff and a large variety of marvel, dc and other pop culture figures (like back to the future). There’s more iron man figures than other but that is my preference. There all good quality products which is the reason for their somewhat expensive figures. If your not into large detailed expensive figures there are small scale figures too.

The little booth next to the escalator is fine, the service there is okay and acceptable. The staff working inside the shop, not so much.
I asked her nicely if a particular blind box series is available and she replied “stocks just came”. But I saw that she was alone and there were people waiting to check out so I said “ok I’ll wait” and let her ring the other customers up.
I went to browse around the shop waiting and after the other customers left I realized the staff was just standing at the counter doing everything but bringing the stocks out.
??? so did she misunderstand me? After I saw her not willing to assist I just left the shop.
Unfortunately there’s no popmart across orchard and somerset
