Pop over today to look for Molly Series 2B. No stock. It would have been fine but your staff told us to go Bugis or Vivo outlets after checking system. And so we indeed went both Bugis and Vivo outlets, still out of stock. So we wonder if it's your staff or system is the issue?

Went on 2nd June around 4.45pm to 5pm as I wanted to make an exchange on a bear brick I purchased the day before at vivocity. When I reach there was served by a lady Sales which I feel like a woodblock no expression and emotion. Initially told me cannot change and made a phone call to check with vivo. After 5-10mins of waiting tell me can do the exchange at NAC So I requested I would like to exchange to Cookie Monster and top up for the difference and she replied that we only have 1 piece available. So I was thinking is there any difference whether left how many piece as long as it is not being sold or reserve. After that she went out of the store leaving us waiting for another 5-10 mins and come back to tell us the last piece need to be ship to malaysia cannot do exchange for us. Even for other bearbrick available in the store also not able to exchange. Then initially after calling vivo city outlet why she told us we can change to the Cookie Monster version. Contradicting and emotionless customer service, might as well go back end and apply to be a office clerk. Sales girl is Chinese and wearing specs at NAC Other customer please take note if you are being serve by her.
