After a few miserable experiences with other agency, I went to this one for help. Derek supported me, he has been very professional, efficient and helpful. Whenever I need his help and advice, he is always there. He helped me find a good maid who has been with us for 1 year already. I think I will only go to Derek when I need a new maid in the future.

Very inefficient and unprofessional service by Derreck Chia. When getting payment they are very prompt but when i asked for transfer after realising one month into fdw was not performing well and talking back. Without considering our requirements, they'll just mass send profiles and then go silent for weeks till we enquire again. This continued for 3 months n once payment received fdw wanted to transfer ... just like that.... with NO 1 month notice !lots of money , time and effort wasted. If only they had intervened to talk to helper or have a replacements....We kept asking for profiles but they were not efficient in providing one
When we didn't want to continue , and asked for refund, Derreck promised refund will be given 3 weeks time (don't give excuse about MOM guidelines cos your agency wrote an email black and white stating the date) but .... kept they giving excuses like account dept was on leave, they are busy with xmas party ( though i care) ... after chasing them like a loanshark we got the refund eventually but that means 70% of the insurance and 50% of agency fees gone!!!! Out of my 12 years of having helpers and dealing with maid agency, this is the WORST !
And also instead of sending helper back to her hometown via flight they made her return to batam.... not sure if it's ethical bcos employers are not able to do this but agency can meh? Although they said they talked to the fdw and she's ok , i have my doubts...
