Very disappointing… came twice today and apparently store employees on break both times … No one answers the phone either. Suggest to update store hours accurately so you don’t waste people’s times.

Question to the shop: Do you check the inventory of the expired product? Shouldn't you take it out of the shelf? I bought this on 19 January 2025!!! This product was expired since 2 October 2024 and was still on the shelf 3 months later??? How??? I didn't expect much of a service or recommendation from the clerk. But a very bad inventory.....no idea how this franchise runs its business?! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Unfortunately, I just found out when I came back to my country. I guess there is no way to get a refund or exchange, then 😓

Closed again for an hour. if dont want to do business why even open. Waste my time having to travel. Phone never pick up. Why not have scheduled close time that is always the same. Let ur employees take a break and your customers know when you are open and closed

Same as someone else. There is just no one here, they indicated they would be back 20 min ago. I understand needing a break but this was frustrating.

Excellent service and great selection of quality products. Staff very friendly and helpful. Monday 16 October 2018 I bought a cat litter box to take home to Thailand and the lady helped me to shrink wrap it for the trip. Highly recommended.

I like tothere staffs is have good service , smiley face and also i yesterday go the store purchase some Christmas toy For my dog , my dog is very like it ! Keep it up ! The shop this plc outlets because the staff are friendly and accommodating, The shop is small but neat and clean. Nice ! “Burp” This brand my dog very like so much then the price reasonable.
