Forum The Shopping Mall is running a multi-tier Spend, Smile & Be Rewarded programme that layers plush charm redemptions, rainy-day umbrellas, Jellycat bag charms and $10 McDonald's dining vouchers across a single campaign running from 22 May to 9 August 2026. The programme is the mall's mid-year rewards push and sits alongside the separate Shop Your Way to a Dining Treat voucher promotion. Each reward tier has its own spend threshold and start date, so the redemption you qualify for depends on when you visit.
The structure: spend the qualifying amount in same-day receipts at Forum, present the receipts at the Level 2 Information Counter, and redeem the gift for that tier. Redemptions are limited to one per shopper per day per tier, while stocks last. Forum introduced an OTP verification system on 5 May 2026 for all redemptions, so bring original receipts and charge slips.
Dim sum plush charms and the rainy-day umbrella
The earliest tier, live from 22 May, is the Dim Sum For You redemption. Spend S$200 in a maximum of two same-day receipts and redeem a dim sum plush charm. There are four designs: char siew bao, siew mai, pai guat and har gow. This is the tier that has been running longest and stock may be thinning.
From 5 June, the Be Ready For A Rainy Day tier kicks in. Spend S$200 in a maximum of two same-day receipts and redeem a long umbrella. The umbrella and the dim sum charm sit at the same S$200 threshold but are separate redemptions, so you cannot combine one S$200 receipt for both.
The Jellycat avocado bag charm at $550 spend
The Avo Great Day tier, from 19 June, is the highest-spend reward in the programme. Spend S$550 in a maximum of three same-day receipts and redeem a Jellycat Amusable Avocado Bag Charm. Jellycat plush toys have a strong collector market in Singapore, and this is the redemption that has drawn the most social media attention, particularly from parents shopping at Forum's kids' enrichment and toy tenants.
$10 McDonald's vouchers and the cashless bonus
From 3 July, the Burger Time, Anytime tier offers a S$10 McDonald's dining voucher with a S$120 spend in a single same-day receipt. This is the lowest threshold in the programme and the easiest to hit with a single family meal or a kids' clothing purchase. From 17 July, the Tap. Spend. Get Rewarded tier adds a S$25 Forum voucher for a S$250 spend in a maximum of two same-day receipts, specifically for cashless payments via the FRx app.
The final tier, Bring Home A Touch Of Heritage, runs from 31 July and redeems an 8-inch nostalgic bamboo plate with a S$200 spend in a maximum of two same-day receipts. The plate comes in five assorted Peranakan-inspired designs, which ties into Forum's positioning as a family-oriented mall with a heritage angle.
