The Centrepoint Tourist Privileges 2026: Ripple Root Bottle and $10 FRx Gift Card Until 31 August
The Centrepoint on Orchard Road is running a Tourist Privileges 2026 programme that gives foreign visitors a complimentary S$10 FRx Gift Card and a limited-edition reusable bottle designed by Singapore artist duo Ripple Root. Both rewards are available from 1 July 2026, with the gift card running until 31 August and the Ripple Root bottle redemption live from 1 July while stocks last. The programme is operated by Frasers Experience (FRx), the loyalty platform across Frasers Property malls.
The two rewards sit alongside a broader set of tourist-only discounts at selected Centrepoint tenants running from 6 March to 31 December 2026, which require presenting a physical foreign passport at the point of purchase.
The $10 FRx Gift Card
The S$10 FRx Gift Card is the headline tourist perk. To claim it, tourists sign up as an FRx member via the FRx app, then present their physical foreign passport at the Concierge on Level 3. The card is issued on a first-come, first-served basis, limited to one redemption per tourist, and the full S$10 must be spent by the card's expiry date with no refund on unutilised balance. The official terms restrict eligibility to foreign visitors aged 18 and above on short stays of no more than three weeks; Singapore Citizens, PRs, and holders of Singapore-issued Employment Pass, S Pass, Work Permit, Student Pass and Long-Term Visit Pass are not eligible.
The Ripple Root reusable bottle
The limited-edition reusable bottle is the part of the campaign that has drawn the most attention on social media. It is designed by Ripple Root, the Singapore artist duo known for their nature-inspired murals, and the bottle is branded under a "Celebration in Flight" theme tied to The Centrepoint's art and lifestyle positioning. To redeem it, tourists spend a minimum of S$50 at participating FRx stores at The Centrepoint, in a maximum of two same-day same-mall transactions, then present the receipts and their passport at the Level 3 Concierge. The bottle is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and limited to one per tourist.
An earlier "People of The Centrepoint" edition has already been fully redeemed, so the Ripple Root bottle is the current live design available from 1 July 2026.
Eligibility and how to claim
The tourist privileges are open only to foreign visitors aged 18 and above on short stays of up to three weeks. The passport owner must be personally present at the Concierge (Level 3, open 10am to 9.30pm) for all redemptions. Tourists from India, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand can register as FRx members via the app or through the Concierge, and manual redemptions are available for tourists who cannot register on the app. The FRx app is free to download on the App Store and Google Play.
The wider Centrepoint tourist discount programme
Separate from the gift card and bottle, The Centrepoint runs tourist-only discounts at selected tenants from 6 March to 31 December 2026. Present a physical foreign passport to qualify. Participating tenants include 49 Seats (#01-49), Fore Coffee (#01-105), So Do Fun (#B1-17), MODE Aesthetics (#03-33) and Trapped Escape Room (#03-26). The discounts vary by tenant, so check at the individual store. These discounts sit alongside The Centrepoint's broader F&B and lifestyle tenant mix, which includes Din Tai Fung, Song Fa Bak Kut Teh, Beauty in The Pot and Decathlon.
