Never go to 711 at lucky plaza, wanting to buy beer at 10.28pm,i still got 2 mins to buy and I'm alrdy at the cashier waiting to pay. And this Indian lady so fierce and rude, denied me purchasing the beer. I ask her I still have 2 min, and I'm alrdy at the cashier waiting for payment, and she wasted my 2 mins by denying my purchase, when I have the right of 2min to buy the alcohol. Never ever buy at lucky plaza 711. Worst and rude service ever. If I can give 0 star, I'll give 0, as its not even worth of 1 star. 2mins if a guest rights. She wasted my 2min when I'm still able to purchase my beer.

The Indian staff working there on 25th October is so rude and unprofessional.
First, he don't even realised that he forgot to key the promotion 25% off in the system and he wants me to pay the payment. And I ask him to double check it and he just simply void the transaction and never ask me what kind of payment method I preferred. So I said : Paywave.
Before this experience, I had bought many many times from this shop and no error was made during transaction, however this times is so ridiculous. When I tape my grabpay card and passion card, both are declined. So I ask that Indian guy if he choose the correct payment mode as he looks new in that shop. He nod his head without replying me, and stand leaning on one foot looking around and not attending to my issue.
Well, at the end he don't even give any suggestions on what's happening. So I continue to ask him if have paynow, luckily I can pay by paynow. And he didn't put the cutlery in the bag and I had to request. During that time the shop is not busy how can he forgot and this is the first time encountered ppl can do such more mistake during the work....
So bad experience!!!!!!

Really nice shop, quite well furnished with a wide variety of options—from sandwiches and noodles to candies, chocolates, and even some soju! It’s convenient for both snacks and quick meals. The highlight, though, was the service—the “sisters” at the cashier were so kind and welcoming, which made the visit even more enjoyable.

Yesterday on January 26th 2024 that I forgot take my wallet during after payment. When I realized after I reach home taking a shower. I going to sleep time, I wonder check something at my wallet that I found out my wallet missing. I keep calling but no response and realized shop closes at 11pm. That time I have no choice, have a sleep 1st and next morning early wake up go to the shop. Luck when I reach the shop check with the staff. She tell me that found my wallet and put inside the cupboard. I forgot her name at this morning. I really thanks and appreciate of them one guy Philippines, one Chinese aunty and her. I will keep go there to buy drink. Please rewards this outlet all the staff the small gift.
