Restaurant Manager - Din Tai Fung

Lead the operations at Din Tai Fung ION Orchard, one of Singapore's most popular dining destinations. Oversee daily restaurant operations, manage a diverse team, and ensure exceptional food quality and service standards.

This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive F&B experience, and the ability to maintain Din Tai Fung's internationally renowned standards for authentic Taiwanese cuisine and hospitality.

• Minimum 5 years F&B management experience
• Experience in high-volume restaurant operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Degree in Hospitality Management preferred
