Part-Time Social Media & Growth Associate (Remote)

Location: Remote (Singapore-based) - Store at Paragon
Employment Type: Part-time
Salary: SGD 1,500 – 2,500 / month (commensurate with experience; performance incentives possible)
Work Hours: ~15–25 hrs/week, flexible scheduling

What you’ll do

• Plan and publish daily content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu to drive footfall.
• Design posts/reels/stories (Canva/CapCut or equivalent) and write catchy captions.
• Run basic boosted posts/ads (with guidance) to promote monthly offers.
• Reply DMs/Comments promptly, nurture leads, and hand over to the front desk for booking.
• Coordinate with Sales/Service team on promos, UGC, and before–after stories.
• Track results and submit a simple daily lead report (bookings, enquiries, cost).

What you’ll need

• Based in Singapore; able to work remotely and independently.
• Hands-on with Canva/CapCut, Reels/TikTok editing, and basic ad boosting.
• Copywriting that sells; comfortable in English (Chinese a plus).
• Portfolio or links to past social content (brand or personal acceptable).
• Bonus points: Experience with simple ad dashboards, WhatsApp Business replies, or XHS growth.
