Job Summary

Join Swish Swimming as a Customer Service Officer to support clients through their swim school journey by managing communications and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and clearly to client calls, emails, and messages to provide accurate information and support their swimming experience
• Manage scheduling tasks efficiently using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling software to maintain organized class bookings
• Build positive client relationships through friendly, professional communication in person, on the phone, and online
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and timely resolution of client inquiries
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update relevant systems to support service continuity
• Adapt quickly to new tools and processes by actively seeking learning opportunities and applying new skills
• Support team efforts by collaborating and contributing to a positive, productive work environment

Required competencies and certifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or roles involving direct customer interaction
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to ensure safety within the school environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
• Experience or willingness to learn scheduling software for managing appointments and classes
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills to handle multiple communication channels and tasks simultaneously

• Work onsite at our Dempsey location surrounded by greenery and natural wildlife, providing a refreshing work environment

Schedule

• 4 days a week: Saturday & Sunday 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM; Monday & Tuesday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
