Junior & Senior Barista | Up to $3000

The Dempsey Project is looking for a Junior Barista who is responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages to customers in the café. Her/His duties includes working with other baristas to make drinks and provide timely service to customers.

FT Salary: $2300-$3000
PT Salary: Up to $15/hr (also depends on your skills and experience)

Job Description:
- Knowledge of coffee, coffee grinding, and able to demonstrate the use of a brewing equipment
- Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea & milkshakes
- Serve customers quickly and efficiently
- Understands and adheres to all quality standards, formulas and procedures of preparation.
- Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitization standards while preparing food, serving food, and clean up
- Maintains professional standard

Job Requirements:
- Relevant working experience, with basic latte art skills
- Possess great service attitude
- Passion for people and food
