Job Description
The HR Intern will provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resource department in managing day-to-day HR functions across the group of clinics. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR processes within the healthcare industry, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, screening of resumes, and interview coordination
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and existing employees
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and personnel files
- Assist in the preparation of employment contracts, letters, and HR-related documentation
- Support HR administrative duties such as leave tracking, attendance monitoring, and filing
- Coordinate staff training sessions and maintain training records
- Assist in payroll-related data entry and verification (if applicable)
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal events
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Perform any other HR-related administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Good team player with strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Able to commit for a minimum internship period of 6 months
