Responsibilities:

Clinic

• Manning the front desk – answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, registration and billing.
• Assisting the clinic doctor and nurse with patient care.
• Preparing medical reports.
• Assisting with electronic filing for Medisave and Insurance.
• Cleaning up the centre and the toilet, during office hours and on closing for the day.
• Accounting and book keeping of invoices

Ambulatory Surgical Centre Service

• Stock checks and orders for OT supplies.
• Wash and sterilise instruments.
• Cleaning up during office hours and on closing for the day.

Location: Camden Medical Centre, Orchard Boulevard, Thomson East Coast Line MRT Station.

Salary will be appropriately awarded at different levels according to work experience

Competitive monthly remuneration based on individual skills and experience. Additional Wage Supplement (AWS), Yearly Performance Bonus, Medical Health Insurance Benefits.

Work Life Balance:

5.5 days work week: Monday - Friday: 8:30 am – 5:30pm. Saturday: 8:30 am - 1:00 pm.
