If you get the fat lady with coloured hair run. She has an abysmal attitude and will ruin your sandwich

Bad service. The uncle put 2 subs in 1 paper basket for my two friends.... think then u know how to wraps sub to eat? Ask for 1 more basket for my friends then the lady said why my friends not come take herself? And if u go in the morning, slow and tired face ask u what u want to eat....

Two Indian subway workers at 8.40 pm Saturday already started cleaning up and when we were eating they sweep and clean next to us where we are eating. Also stalled like they wanted to clock out as soon as possible when they slowed their service by cleaning the floor and trays above the trash. By doing so they made at least 4 customers leave since they didn't want to wait for the subway Indian workers to clean up. I thought they close at 930 but they really didn't work properly.

Maries was too rude to work as a restaurant staff. I work nearby and always grab a subway for weekday lunch. EVERYTIME when I have some customizations on my meal, she will be mad and rude expressing “I am doing it u do not rush me”. She is always rushing herself and spreading her negativity to the customers. Today what’s funny was that she want to do two orders at the same time, she asked the person ahead of me “what sause do u want” meanwhile asking me “what veggie u want”, then I just waited to say my veggie list bc the front person needs to say her sause first, she GOT MAD saying “I can do both!” Then I said it, … then she forgot. Then she asked again what veggies I want. With a mad tone. And she wrapped everything in a mess when I opened it everything spilled out. If u read the reviews, most of the complaints are about her. She really needs improvements.

Our favorite sandwich because it's cheap and enough to dine for dinner or at anytime you want it. Especially now it is halal. This outlet is very close to our favorite hotel in Orchard, The St. Regis. Menus is the same with other location in Singapore. Staff or crew just the same, not that polite nor friendly but as it is. As long as they tend to our needs, it is fine. Plus, the Oregano Parmesan is always our bread of choice which is always available here. Thank you Subway
