Rubbish service from the time i stepped in, horrible body language and tone. Questionable service standards from a brand of such. Glad i walked out and spent my money elsewhere.

Very disappointed! I bought my trench coat and have it altered. I tried checking if already available for pick up, NOBODY is picking up any of the contact numbers posted on their official websites. The sales who assisted was super accommodating during the selling process but now i cannot reach him nor the shop itself. Feels like a purchased it from a fly by night company. Is this the value i pay paid for?

Burberry is a delightful place to buy luxury handbags, jewelry and clothes. It has many options to choose from. The staff there help you Cary your bags or help you guard something if you want to see something else or go toilet. The people there are super kind. They spread good vibes to everybody! But some of the customers are rude when they want to see something and you are seeing it and planning to buy it. The staff do not do anything about it.

I was greeted by CK a soon as I walked in to the store. CK provides excellent customer service by making me feel welcome and making my purchase easy even when the item I was interested on wasn’t available in this store but that wasn’t an issue because CK didn’t hesitate and he get it from another location and send it to my hotel without a problem. Definitely CK went beyond my expectations by doing such a great customer care.
