As part of the TaiWan Night Markets concept in the basement level, this beverage stall specialises in freshly prepared lemon teas made with traditional hand-crushing techniques that extract maximum flavour from whole lemons.
The signature drinks showcase Oriental and Taiwanese tea varieties paired with fresh lemon. The Oriental Glutinous Lemon Tea combines the smoothness of glutinous rice tea with tangy citrus notes, creating a unique flavour profile that balances sweet, floral, and sour elements. The Signature Fragrant Oolong Lemon Tea features premium oolong leaves infused with hand-crushed lemon, delivering the complex, slightly roasted character of quality oolong enhanced by bright citrus acidity.
