YUGO Marshmallow Biscuit introduced Singapore's first onsite handmade marshmallow biscuit concept at TASTE Orchard. Known in Taiwan as Chewy Snowflakes, these treats feature soft marshmallow centres sandwiched between delicate biscuits, prepared fresh daily at the kiosk located near Chirashi King Kong.
The products come in 75-gram and 100-gram boxes with flavours divided into Normal and Special categories. Special flavours include Orange Matcha, Coconut Latte, Milo Chocolate, Original with Cranberry, and Oreo Milk. Customers can mix multiple flavours within the same category when building their orders. Beyond marshmallow biscuits, YUGO offers handmade Taiwanese monaka, brown sugar jujube rice cake, and freshly brewed health drinks featuring peach gum, white fungus, snow lotus seed, and tremella.

An interesting stall located in Taste Orchard, and an absolute hidden gem! They offer freshly made-on-the-spot marshmallow biscuits, otherwise known as Chewy Snowflakes. It’s actually really really delicious, kinda like a chewy nougat with a satisfying powdery crunch and delightful (mochi-like?) chew. They’ve got a wide range of flavours, from pistachio to even milo, and there are free samples available for you to try! My personal favourites are the Original Cranberry and Oreo Milk Flurry. You pay by weight, and mixing of flavours is allowed. Definitely an underrated find, highly recommend stopping by and trying this unique snack. food 5/5 service 5/5 ambience 4/5 (some seats available!)

Love the snacks here! This is my second time buying from this store and all my purchases have been great so far. I particularly like the cranberry variation over the few I've tried so far (matcha, oreo and rose). The marshmallow biscuits are chewy, addictive and yummy. I think this place deserves more attention and hype.
