Came here once a while for their wholesome classic fish soup (collagen). And i go for their grouper fish.
And the 2nd dish I always order is their mussels.
The fish soup is thick and have a bit of sticky aftertaste (proves it’s real collagen). That’s what I expect fm their stated 8hrs of boiling the fish bones etc…
Pls keep up the standard.
Note that they have their own private seating area which is a plus point when dining during peak hours.

Tried their 酸菜鱼 and Spicy Poached Fish Soup. The latter was too numbing for my liking. I couldn't taste the fish. If you are the type that can take 麻辣, this would be for you.
The sauce for the mussels was so good. Must try!

Had the collagen fish soup with sea bass. True to its name, the fish was very fresh and the soup collagenic licking good :-). I drank up most of the it and thank goodness didn't get the MSG post meal effect. Yes, it was a bit more expensive than the usual fish soup. But this wasn't your normal fish soup either :-).

All opinions are based on personal experience.
There is a confusion as I was not given a buzzer for my order.
I've to wait around for my order, for that I became an obstruction for others.
I've mixed feelings for this dish..
- Fish & Mussels are fresh, thumbs up for the freshness.
- Soup is diluted (idk if this is because I chose the $9.90 lunch set)

As far as Fish Soup stalls go, this is by far the most complete, with a superb list of quality ingredients that go into every bowl.
I particularly appreciate the fact that 4 different broths are offered, with a range of ingredients to complement the eating experience.
My favourite broths are:
1) Collagen Broth
2) Tomato Broth
3) Sauerkraut Broth
There are 3 types of fish featured: Seabass, Grouper and Giant Grouper. All the fish are harvested daily from Yu Zhong Bu Tong’s farm, hence freshness is always the order of the day.
Highly recommended.

Spicy soup with a very thick layer of oil on top, had to scoop the oil out before drinking the soup. Not much fish or Liao in the soup, but bowl but all just water, fish not very fresh also

My go to place for a decent and affordable sauerkraut fish. It was packed with flavor, had just right balance of tangy and spicy, and came in a generous portion.

Was at Wisma's branch and Ordered 3 of their signature flavours of Spicy Poached 水煮, Sauerkraut 酸菜 & Collagen 胶原白汤.
My cllge was saying she loves this and how nice it is.
Fresh seafood for sure but i felt the fish slices was way too thin.
My bowl was approx $17+ so i do have slight expectations for this price.
Overall soup was good and thats about it for me.
Prep between 15-25 mins of waiting time as each bowl is prep upon ordered.
Fresh food does takes time for sure so do come with this in mind.

Been here quite often and it has always been a long queue, especially during the lunch hours. Our go to is everything actually! Tomato based soup is very comforting. Fish amount is also quite generous. Choice of 2 ingredients to go with your main soup and fish choice. Rice is part of the set deal. Do read the menu properly before ordering! Waiting time is only about 10 mins.

This is my nth time having this. Having tried all the soups, I can safely conclude that my favourite is the tomato soup and I keep going back for more. My taste buds are satisfied. Fish is so fresh. The spicy one is amazing too, but not for non-spicy eaters. The set comes with rice. Waiting time is around 10 minutes. There is a private seating area for patrons, but during the peak hours it gets full, patrons can sit outside in the main area instead.
