I was so happy to come across this stall, and the lovely lady working at this stall recommended the garlic crawfish noodles which were amazing! It's exactly what I needed and I couldn't stop eating even after I was full. She also gave me some bone broth to try which was also delicious. I'm still thinking about those noodles today!

Trying new food options in Orchard road! I love Crawfish and I love garlic. Serve them together with a springy bowl of noodles and my day is happy! First time trying @sgfirstnoodles inside Wisma Food Republic! ✅Garlic Crawfish dry noodles Freshly minced garlic which blends well with the generous, firm crayfish. No need to peel shells just eat! ✅Pickled Vegetable Sliced Fish Noodles I always love the ‘Golden Soup’ when eating grilled fish. This is a more comfort food version for a noodle dish with thick fish slices and unami, tangy Golden Broth! ✅Scallion Oil Noodles with Pork Cutlet Thick and crispy chunks of meat on top of fragrant fried onion oil and sauces. This is 老Boy’s favourite! ✅Chicken Cutlet Crunchy and Crispy. This is a familiar side dish which is easy to eat and love! ✅Marinated Seaweed This is great side dish to pair with noodle soup dishes! If you enjoy chinese-style la mian (pulled or hand-stretched noodles) with bone broth that is rich and flavourful, you can try their signature lanzhou beef la mian. The beef bones broth tastes warm, soothing, fairly light but still satisfying. The noodles have a good chew texture that is not too soft. Here’s what I’ve tried: 🍜Signature Lanzhou Beef La Mian 🍜Signature Lanzhou Mala Beef La Mian 🍜Stir Fried Beef La Mian (Black Pepper/Original) 🍜Da Pan Ji La Mian I also enjoyed the dry version of stir fried beef la mian. With the wok hei taste, chewy noodles and soft beef, it is such satisfying noodle dish that captures authentic northern chinese flavours with every mouthful.

The Signature Bone Broth Sliced Beef Noodle is absolutely delicious! The broth is rich and flavorful, with a deep umami taste that perfectly complements the tender beef slices. The noodles are cooked just right, making every bite satisfying. Highly recommended!
