Shop is not bad.. However, can't say the same for the shop attendant... Language barrier... She doesn't seems to understand us at all and everything we would need to repeat 2, 3 or 4 times... Prefer the Bugis outlet!

I’ve always visited Y21 at least 1-3x monthly and Gina always serves me. She’s super patient, kind, caring and provides the best customer service and share the best deals. I highly recommend Y21 and her. Thanks so much ❤️

Gina is extremely helpful and patient with processing my returned items. Really enjoyed shopping at Wheelock outlet with her around! She serves the customers to her best no matter how many pieces we are trying on.

My sister and I were served by Miss Aishya & her colleague on Saturday evening. The clothes in the store are lovely. We took awhile to try on the outfits. It was after closing hour but they remained patient and friendly. Much appreciated and will not hesitate to visit the store again! 😊 thanks ladies! 💪 …

Came across the rudest staff I’ve met in Yacht 21. She made a comment when i asked for a smaller size and rudely asked “what’s that?” when i showed her the membership card with QR code. Won’t recommend patronising this particular outlet.
