The shop attendant was very rude. I asked politely for a medicine, she couldnt hear clearly, instead of saying "pardon", she shouted "what?!" Then she shooed me away to the exit while saying "this is NOT a pharmacy!!" Like i was a beggar asking for money. I dont understand why she did this unnecessary rudeness, but then immediately acted nice to a male customer behind me

Tried to redeem some hardcopy Frasers vouchers instead of using the app as the instructions clearly said I could. Male staff refused to even try to scan the barcode on the vouchers even though I told him the instructions to. Just keep telling me to go up to information counter to check. In the end, the nice lady at the information counter had to come down with me to guide him. No apologies for time wasted, just a glum face throughout the whole interaction. Edit: Visited on 20 Nov, around 11.30am.
