This afternoon I had an enjoyable experience buying one of my checklists watch of AP thanks to the expertise, friendly and patience assistant of Kelvin. . From the moment I walked in, the service was top-notch. One of their sales rep attended to me and refer me to Kelvin. I had a great time throughout the buying process even though there a delay in my part during payment due to certain credit card technicals issues. Other than that it was fine to the end! I was window shopping with a friend at Far East Plaza when a couple of Rolex Pepsi at Watchbook’s display window caught our eyes. We popped into the shop and was warmly greeted by a friendly James Han. He invited us to sit down and was happy to show us the watches.
James has good product knowledge but what impressed us most was his friendly and pleased-to be-of service professionalism.
I happily bought the Pepsi from James after he convinced me that Watchbook is a legitimate reseller of Rolex watches and how his company goes through a 60-point Authenticity Inspection of every watch it handles.
