The staff were patient and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the differences between models and answer all my questions. Once I chose one, they carefully walked me through every detail of the watch and conducted a thorough inspection, even sending photos and videos afterward for my records. I came from the states for 1 day of work and checked this place out for a vintage Rolex. The mall has so many stores but this one caught my eye. They have a private showroom with zero pressure, prices are fixed so no haggling. They are so professional and really take time explaining everything about the watch you are buying. They open the watch and show you serial numbers on the case, case back, and movement. They place the watch on a calibration machine to show you everything is in proper timing. I am super excited to have this vintage time piece and memorable experience. Will definitely visit again on my next trip!

Had a pleasant shopping experience with Watchdistrict!
