Similar situation with many of the bad reviews. They kept my watch for 3 +years (2021 covid, 2022 covid, 2023,2024) and finally refund the money and watch was not repaired. We chased every 2 months after covid but they were either not responsive or kept saying need more time. My watch is worse off and now it doesn't even work. Just bad luck to encounter this place. Putting a review to warn others of their terrible work ethics.

Had similar experiences with the reviews bellow please do not come here to service watches, horrendously slow reply’s from them and 7 months to clean a Quartz watch which is way too much and when they said they can’t do anything and the dial was scratched when I took it back and I previously sent in a blancpain for a stem replacement it took them 5 months. Really bad do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

Melvyn and Jasni have into watches for longer than I've been alive, and it's clear in their knowledge and expertise. Speedy, warm, and fait. It's always a pleasure dealing with them, especially when they teach me new things about my vintage pieces. Highly recommend!

Very friendly and professional watch repair guys! Jasni help me with my Cartier watch repair it was water damage. If go back to Cartier boutique will cost thousands. But he fixed it very well at a reasonable price! Highly recommend for anyone searching for watch repair and servicing!

Melvyn and the crew at watch concept are my chosen authenticators when I want to deal on an expensive watch. Their core business though is in the repair of high end luxury Swiss watches. I was recommended here by the Omega boutique themselves. So rest assured that they have the best references and know what they are doing.

Worse watchmaker that I've seen. Sent my JLC for servicing at Watch Concept in Q4 2022. On 6 Jan 2023, I collected my watch. After wearing my watch 3 times, I noticed that the power reserve fell to just a few hours and send to Watch Concept. In Dec 2023, after my JLC been sitting there for over 6 months and after many follow ups (they don't update the progress until I follow up many times), they finally said: sorry, no parts available, pls come and collect your watch. Picked up my watch, sent to JLC for repairs and was fixed in less than 2 weeks!

Would give 0 star if possible, came here to authenticate a watch and the old man doesn’t even know his stuff. Don’t even recognise a Japanese set old model cert and still charges for authentication claiming it’s not “Original” Rolex cert. Please kindly educate yourself before doing an authentication service.
