I had a pleasant 5-star pampering service at Waltz. I really enjoyed the professional facial and manicure services which meet my expectations in all aspects. Will for sure come back soon.

I got eyelash extensions and a gel manicure here. After 4 days my left eye was still red and sore from pressure during the extension application, my manicure had also already peeled off on a few nails. I mentioned this and was offered a free manicure in compensation. I tried to book through email and got ignored, then when I popped in I was told they were fully booked at any reasonable times. So I guess I am not getting my free manicure then. I went to the nail salon on the third floor instead which was absolutely fantastic.

I just got an eyelash extension and facial from them. they have very personalised service and the eyelash is very light and fluffy. Love the facial also! The place is very cosy too. Will definitely make this my preferred beauty salon
