I had such a wonderful experience at VIDASKIN Medical Aesthetic Clinic! Dr. Elizabeth is truly an exceptional doctor and aesthetician—knowledgeable, experienced, and incredibly personable. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, and her friendly, professional manner always puts me at ease.
My beautician, Ms Liz, is equally amazing. She is patient, gentle, and highly skilled. Every treatment with her feels comfortable and carefully handled, and I always leave feeling refreshed and well taken care of. Every member of the team was pleasant and approachable, always ready to assist with a smile and genuine professionalism.
The new outlet is beautifully designed—cosy, warm, and inviting. It has such a homely feel that you instantly relax the moment you step in.
Overall, VIDASKIN continues to impress with its excellent service, talented team, and welcoming environment. Highly recommended.

Dr Vicki, Dr Liz (my current doc) and the team of therapists are professional and friendly and their treatments are priced reasonably for the quality and service.

Absolutely terrible experience. I waited more than 2 hours after the numbing cream was already removed, and still no doctor attended to me. In the end, I left without receiving any treatment at all, after going through the inconvenience of having numbing cream applied.
This shows extremely poor management and disrespect for customers’ time. Completely unacceptable. I will never return and do not recommend this place to anyone.
