Poor customers service. I am looking for the harness for my dog. Sent them an email and they asked me to check with the store. I called the shop they asked me to WhatsApp them and I did. Then the customer service guy told me they don't have any in store and he asked me to order it online?! And they don't have much information on the product! Very disappointed. He should have just told me they don't have any in store right??
